Who are we?vcfobunch

We are a brand new fellowship plant from the Vineyard Church of Leesburg. We are about 95% young couples with small children. We are happy to say our 5% of middle age, seniors & singles is starting to grow.

We seek to foster personal relationships that enhance spiritual growth…before & after service, at monthly dinner gatherings, “ladies night out” & an occasional “Men’s Night”.

We are committed to serving our local community and this year we are planning 4 organized “random acts of kindness”. There will be no lectures, no religious tracts; just practical expressions of God’s love with no strings attached.

We desire to grow as a people of both the Word and the Spirit…offering bible studies & nights of worship.

We aim to pray for the sick as Jesus did – in a low-key, non-hype ministry style.

We value the empowering presence of the Spirit and a vibrant practice of the spiritual gifts as well as the spiritual disciplines of silence & solitude.

Our desire?

We desire real relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
Every believer can have true relationship with God. When Jesus died on the cross he made a way for us to enter God’s presence and have fellowship with our Father. We do not have to be on the outside looking in. (Eph 2:11-22)

We desire real relationship with each other.
God did not intend for us to be alone. His word makes it very clear that when we fellowship and seek him together that the sick are healed and captives are set free. (Acts 2:42)

We desire real freedom for us and our families.
Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Freedom (2 Cor 3:17) There are traps in the world that entangle us and keep us from being what we were designed to be. God desires us to be free from sin and religion. We will seek him and find real freedom in his presence.
